About Isha
Isha Yemula is an Integrative Wellness Coach, Certified Life Coach, and Certified Sound Therapist who has facilitated group sound healing experiences for hundreds of participants. She is certified through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and holds a Bachelor’s Honors Degree in Neuroscience from the University of Pittsburgh. She is currently completing her Master’s degree in Ayurveda and Integrative Medicine at Maharishi International University.
Her work bridges modern neuroscience with ancient healing traditions, supporting individuals in cultivating emotional resilience, self-awareness, and holistic well-being. Isha has also served as a crisis counselor with Crisis Text Line, helping individuals de-escalate intense emotional situations and navigate moments of distress. In addition, she works with youth to empower them and support their mental health awareness journeys.
Through her coaching, workshops, and group experiences, Isha integrates lifestyle guidance, nervous system support, self-awareness practices, and Ayurvedic wisdom to help individuals reconnect with themselves and move toward a more balanced and fulfilling life.
